Terms of Service

Prices shown are estimates based on the route and vehicle selected and are confirmed before your ride is finalised. A booking is a request until we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or adjust a booking where details are incomplete or a route cannot be serviced.

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Any deposit or balance due will be communicated to you before your transfer.

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund of any amount paid. Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable. To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible at hello@bestpricebarcelona.com.

Airport pickups include meet & greet and 60 minutes of free waiting from the flight's actual landing time. We track flights and adjust pickup times where possible. Extended waiting beyond the included time may incur an additional charge.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, being ready at the agreed time, and travelling with a valid number of passengers and luggage for the vehicle booked. Children must travel in appropriate seats, which we provide free of charge on request.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
