When you request a price or make a booking we collect: pickup and drop-off locations, date, time and number of passengers, your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and flight number. When you contact us we collect the message and contact details you send.

We use your data to calculate prices, arrange and confirm your transfer, communicate with you about your booking, provide customer support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our legal bases are the performance of your booking contract, your consent, and our legitimate interest in running the service.

We use essential cookies required to run the site (for example, your language and consent choices). With your consent we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline analytics via the cookie banner, and no analytics are loaded unless you accept.

We share your booking details only with the driver assigned to your ride and with service providers that help us operate (such as our hosting, mapping and messaging providers). We never sell your personal data.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal and tax requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
